Inner Assembly Virtual Salons
Before deciding whether to join for a year, experience the work for yourself.
A live, one-hour introduction to Inner Assembly for thoughtful leaders and practitioners who want to understand the work from inside the room—not only by reading about it.
Each Salon offers the same core experience. We are hosting several dates so you can choose the one that works best across your schedule and time zone. You only need to attend one.
A useful hour in its own right
Come for the experience, not a sales presentation.
Some things are difficult to communicate through a curriculum outline: the quality of attention in the room, what becomes visible when a person slows down, and the difference between talking about human development and actually practicing it with other people.
The Salon gives you a direct experience of the questions, practices, and conversation that shape Inner Assembly. It is also a chance to meet members of the team, encounter some of the people drawn to the program, and understand the difference between the Leaders and Practitioners cohorts.
You should leave with a useful insight or practice whether or not Inner Assembly is right for you.
The Salon rhythm
-
1. Arrive
A brief orientation to Inner Assembly, the moment in which the work exists, and the agreements that make honest participation possible.
-
2. Experience a practice
A guided exercise drawn from the Inner Assembly curriculum.
-
3. Enter the conversation
A facilitated conversation about what the practice revealed and how the underlying question appears in leadership, coaching, organizations, and life.
-
4. Understand the year
A concise explanation of the two cohorts, the rhythm of the year, and time for real questions.
One shared Salon. Two ways to continue.
The Salon welcomes both:
- leaders whose decisions shape teams and organizations; and
- practitioners who coach, facilitate, or develop leaders.
The live introduction is shared. If you continue into Inner Assembly, you will join the peer cohort that fits your work. Both cohorts study the same foundational curriculum; the people in the room and the cases through which it comes alive are different.
Every date. The same core experience.
Every Salon is hosted by the Inner Assembly team: Franziska Gonder, Camilla Ricoveri, Ted Gonder, and Chris Scott.
